We may collect your email address when you request a recipe sampler or newsletter; the details you send in a message; and, when you buy directly from us, your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, country, company or tax details where supplied, order reference, product, price, tax, payment status and access history. We also collect limited technical and security information needed to operate the website and protect the checkout. Please do not send us medical records, complete card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We use personal information to deliver a resource you request, form and perform a purchase contract, confirm payment, provide digital access, respond to enquiries, meet tax and accounting obligations, prevent fraud and maintain site security. Consent is the usual basis for optional email marketing. Purchasing does not require marketing consent, and transactional messages needed to deliver or support an order are separate from marketing.
